Great success and public appreciation for the Neveplast ski slopes at the prestigious Hillend Snowsports Centre, near Edinburgh. Here are the first pictures of the facility in use! On Saturday, December 8th, at the launch of its new model, the prestigious car brand Mercedes-Benz chose Neveplast product to make a freestyle skiing event in Nuremberg which was attended by talented young riders. This extraordinary installation, filmed by several regional television stations including "Bayerische Rundfunk", and radio as "Radio Energy" that realized a live broadcast, consisted in a flat run-up realized with Neveplast surface, a kicker, and a rail over the new A-Class, to end on a landing with Neveplast surface: riders were drawn at high speed by the winch, a brand new pulling device suitable for this kind of events, performing tricks and breathtaking maneuvers which wowed the over 5.200 people who came for the occasion.
The purpose of this event, organized by "Mercedes-Benz Niederlassung Nürnberg" together with "Eberhard Wigner KG", has been to emphasize the dynamic nature of the new model of A-Class to make it even more appealing to a young public. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DNBNOR is a Norwegian foundation which gives financial contributions to a wide range of charitable causes. For its tenth-years anniversary on August 25th, on the occasion of the "Worlds Coolest Day" at Akershus Festning in Oslo, the foundation organized a free family day. The purpose of the day was to show the voluntary work of all the organizations that the foundation has supported over the years. The new ski slopes and tubing runs are part of a project that will re-establish
Hillend
Snowsports
Centre
at the
forefront
of the
British
Artificial
Ski Slope
Industry
which
boasts
the longest
artificial
ski slope
in Europe. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On
May 7th
at the
Zoo/Amusement
Park "Safari
Park" in
Pombia
(Italy)
was inaugurated
a new
attraction
to give
further
entertainment
for the
public.
Paying
attention
to the
strategic
choices
the client
wanted
to create
something
very
exciting
but at
the same
time
economy,
with
low management
cost
and environmentally-friendly
to meet
the philosophy
of the
park.
They
wanted
to replace
an old
SLALOM
attraction
with
a product
abreast
with
the times.
Once
consulted,
Neveplast
proposed,
through
its planning
department,
to change
the structure
without
removing
it but
replacing
old and
obsolete
slides
with
Tubby
tracks.
The intervention
took
place
very
quickly,
just
five
days
of work
for changing
the leading
structure
and two
for assembling
of TUBBY
that
met immediately
with
success
among
the client
and the
public.
The property,
attentive
to a
natural
and environmental
philosophy
has well-thought
to have
the tracks
in blue
color
to resume
the concept
of a
water
course
and to
call
the attraction "Zambesi
Boat".
This
name
reminds
the important
river
that
crosses
the lands
where
many
animals
in Safary
Park
were
born
and the
amazing
Victoria
Falls,
which
seem
to be
ride
on the
snowtubes
TUBBY.
Even
the scenography
was made
with
the same
philosophy
with
simple
wood
as integral
element
of the
entire
structure.
The tracks
have
a length
of 40
Mt each.
With
a small
expense,
it was
possible
to give
new life
to an
obsolete

Neveplast will exhibit from April 25th to 27th with its booth n° 661 at the world trade show of sustainable mountain development SAM 2012 in Grenoble � France. Neveplast will attend in SAM 2012 together with other 600 international companies, sure to be able to offer the most innovative products of its field. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the installations in Australia and Indonesia Neveplast lands in New Zealand with the first installation of a Tubby slope. Alpine Spring is a resort located at the foot of Mount John at Lake Tekapo. Offering stunning vistas and several activities such as hot pools, Spa and Snow Park Alpine Spring is one of the best tourists center in New Zealand, a year round destination for the whole family. Neveplast has realized one Tubby Evolution slope 150 metres long provided with a parabolic turn, allowing snow tubing all year round. Satisfaction of the managers for the great success and appreciation of the customers for the first installation in New Zealander land. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Neveplast has realized more than 35 TUBBY references from 2008 till now in the USA. In addition to snow tubing facilities recently Neveplast has landed in the US with two snowboarding and freestyle skiing plants realized with NEVEPLAST NP30 surface.
In SKI WARD ski resort, Massachusetts, Neveplast installed in the last months of 2011 a freestyle park, small but very interesting, with different lines and modules. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During the Fall, before the upcoming Winter season, more and more ski resorts have chosen Neveplast Np70 for their loading and unloading chairlift areas, as well as in the uphill areas. As new references there are the installations which have been realized in Alpspitz (Germany) where Np70 has been assembled in the loading and unloading area of the Alsptzbahn*, that is a telemix, an hybrid between a gondola and a chairlift; in Austria, in the small ski resort of Stans*, north of Innsbruck, NP70 is currently used in the uphill area of the skilift, to avoid the artificial snow-making in the steepest area which is also the most distant from the snow making plant, eliminating the high costs of handling and production of the snow; in the beautiful Alpe di Siusi (Italy), at the foot of Sciliar Massif, Neveplast has been chosen by Funivie Rabanser S.r.l. to facilitate the crossing of the small roads with skis, while guaranteeing the easy access to the hotels by cars. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every year, from October 28th to 30th, takes place in Russia the International FIS competition, called "Denim-ATOMIC SALOMON Cup", that marks the beginning of the ski season. Even this year the "King of Diga" (www.kingeventi.com) was "sold out"!! Although it is a free event this word is extremely right. Thousands of people arrived on the beach to watch one of the most exciting freestyle contests of the Italian summer. On July 1st - 2nd - 3rd, on the beach of Chioggia Sottomarina, Italy, competed freestyle riders of the most thrilling disciplines including freestyle moto cross, half pipe with rollerblades and skateboards, races with water motos, making "King" an "extra-ordinary" event. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alytus is a medium sized Lithuanian town far one hour and half by car from the capital Vilnius. Along the way to Alytus there are really fascinating landscapes, where thick forests alternate with smaller or larger lakes. This town is crossed by the river Neman, on whose banks 4 years ago was opened the first adventure park in the nation, founded and run by Mrs. Giedre and Mr. Mindaugas Aldonis. In May a particular installation was realized in Indonesia. In Bandung, a city with 4 million inhabitants on the Island of Java, the largest and most important amusement park of the area, Kampung Gajah, has chosen Neveplast products for the enlargement of its offer.� In record time have been realized three straight Tubby slopes 85 metres long each and one 90 metres long supplied with parabolic turns. The straight slopes, in white colour, �have been assembled for the first time with a width 3 metres respect to the standard size of 2 metres, and prove to be suitable for the sliding of more snow tubes in tandem. The slopes can reach a top speed of 40 Km/H. The stop is guaranteed by a large number of brakes and a braking zone of 35 metres which goes slightly uphill. Neveplast opens up new horizons and Tubby, which has met with great success with more than 500 installations, lands on a new continent and present itself as an important attraction for the amusement parks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to the collaboration with Airpatrol (www.Airpatrol.at) and Air2Bag (www.Air2Bag.com) who organized the design and management of the event, Neveplast was present at ISPO Winter, the leading international fair in products for the outdoor business. Airpatrol was responsible for the events at the Chiemsee stand and reproduced inside ISPO Winter a beach that attracted the curiosity of many people. At this inside beach they installed an Inrun complete with kicker made with Neveplast. By using a new model of winch the riders were able to gain the speed necessary to jump the kicker and land in an airbag realized by Air2Bag. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Great success for the new track installed at "Gardaland" on the occasion of the "Magic Winter 2010" during the opening for the Christmas holidays. The new structure design has excited all-aged people, who responded positively to the new attraction going over the quota of 45.000 runs in just 20 days of opening. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- December 2010, Melbourne (Australia). The Italian company is proud to announce the realization of the first TUBBY facility in Australia. In early December two Neveplast TUBBY slopes were installed in the "The Enchanted Maze Garden", in the Mornington peninsula, on the coast of Melbourne's bay.
Inside this park you can find mazes that make revive fantasy images just like "Alice in Wonderland", Japanese gardens and other attractions that for years entertain adults and children. The customer, to extend the range of the attractions and ensure a great public affluence, has decided to install two Neveplast TUBBY slopes. The slopes have both a length of 82 metres and have been supplied with exciting parabolic turns. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In addition to the many events for which Neveplast provides the surfaces to realize slopes for Alpine, Nordic skiing, and Tubing, great interest has aroused the realization of a Nordic ski slope few steps far from the Red Square and the Kremlin in Moscow. Inside the Ski & Board Salon that from 17 years takes place in the beautiful building "Gostynii Dvor" Neveplast has installed a Nordic ski loop 190 metres long upon which many enthusiasts and athletes have skied and raced. Ski & Board Salon has commissioned to Neveplast the realization of a Nordic ski slope after that Nicolaj Zimiatov (three times Olympic Gold in Lake Placid '80, he was the first athlete to achieve this record in a single Olympics and Olympic Gold also in Sarajevo '84 in the "30 kilometres" race) has tested the Neveplast Np50 slope that has been installed in the city of Cuneo (Italy), constituted by a 950 metres long loop in free technique and 550 metres long lane in classic technique. During the first days of the trade show took place the qualifying events for the final. The third day there was the final with an exciting sprint pursuit. In addition to the Nordic ski slope Neveplast has realized the free style slope and set up a booth showing its products, attracting the attention of many professionals and sport enthusiasts. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's an excellent year for Neveplast in Romania. After having installed in 2009 the first Tubby slope in Cavnic, the management of the ski area and the homonymous hotel Superski, to make the area more usable and attractive also from a summer point of view, has decided to increase the entertaining range, realizing a ski slope of about 1.000 m2 and extending the already existing Tubby slope, adding n� 2 very beautiful parabolic turns. Mr. Cornel, who is the manager and owner of the facility, was enthusiastic for the first runs, as well as for the Tubby slope which will be used also during wintertime. Both slopes are served by the same conveyor belt of Sunkid company. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every year, during the first weekend of July, in Chioggia Sottomarina, Italian sea town in the province of Venice takes place the "King of Diga" event (www.kingeventi.com).  
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On March 19th was finished in record time the realization of the greatest TUBBY slope in Europe. The slope, which has been installed in the park of Senda Viva - Spain has a length of 340 metres and has several turns realized with 72 parabolic elements. The TUBBY slope was commissioned on March 4th and Neveplast has supplied, besides with the material, also with the planning and the supervision of works for the ground preparation. The facility is provided with the longest conveyor belt (not indoor) in Europe. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On December 21st
2009 after the completion of the restaurant,
of the multi-services room, of the rental shop
and the ski school, was inaugurated the new
sports-tourist centre in Magas-hegy, Sátoraljaújhely
(Hungary). Neveplast Srl has supplied with a
Mts. 330 ski slope which will be extended till
Mts. 380 within March 2010, and with n°3
Snow Tubing slopes. These installations have
been added to a monorail and an adventure park.
The local council has reached the goal to realize
a sports and entertaining centre which is unique
in Hungary proposing itself as main place of
the national mountain tourism. In spite of a
poor snowy precipitation which has covered a
little bit the Neveplast surface, the inauguration
has showed the potentialities of the installation
gratifying and entertaining a lot of people
who arrived for the occasion. Great public success
was achieved by the event realized inside the "Ski
Area" in the municipality of Serravalle near
San Marino. From September 26th 2009, that was the
first day of "Sport in Fiera" event, to
November 6th last, everyone could ski on a Neveplast
Np30 ski slope. Hundreds of children were able to
take their first steps on the skis, many others
(skilled) have showed parents, relatives and friends
their skiing abilities: all of this on about 600
square metres slope. Together with the partnership
of the "Ski Tour" tourist district located
in Lavarone and Folgaria (municipalities in the
province of Trento) and the passion of the local
ski instructors, in San Marino was promoted an event
with the purpose of bringing people closer to the
ski world. The atmosphere that one could feel during
those weeks of sport and friendship in San Marino
generated enthusiasm and will to ski, a prelude
to a winter season which certainly will be full
of participation and emotions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On October 30th Neveplast
finished, in Magas-hegy - Sátoraljaújhely,
the installation works of the ski slope which is
been commissioned by the municipality of the Hungarian
city and which will be managed by Sátoraljaújhely
Város Önkormányzata. The slope,
which is Mt. 330 long is served by a draglift and
a conveyor belt, the later is into service in the
low part of the slope which will be used as school
camp and for the three Tubby slopes. As soon as
the installation is been finished, although the
slope will be inaugurated in December, waiting for
the completion of the restaurant, of the renting
shop and the building which will be used as ski
school, it is been already used by many enthusiasts
who live nearby and by the local ski club for training.
The slope, particularly steep in the starting area
and with a flat run in the low areas, proved to
be entertaining and quite difficult both for downhill
skiing and slalom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The sixth edition of
the Mountain Trade Fair, which is been organized by
Promoberg, has obtained great success also this year.
In the three days of the opening to the public, in
thousands people have tested the Neveplast slopes
anticipating the winter season. For this occasion
are been supplied a 70 meters ski slope with a conveyor
belt, a teaching area, a slope for rails where there
is been performed a contest and a Jump structure with
Big Air Bag. Absolute news: on the Big Air Bag, in
addition to freestylers and snowboarders, also normal
passionates of strong emotions rushed out with Tubby
snow tubes, inventing the so-called TUBBY Air Bag. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On October 28th finished
the installation works of the Neveplast slopes inside
the Bawadi Mall in UAE. The new indoor facility is
constituted by a ski slope, a teaching slope and three
Tubby slopes (all served by conveyor belts for the
uphill). In November will be finished the scenography
designs and at the end of the month there will be
the inauguration with the opening to the public. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With great satisfaction
the first phase of the installation of the ski slope in
Sátoraljaùjhely is been finished in the
end of August: metres 180 x 22 of Neveplast NP30, two
TUBBY slopes metres 90 long each are been installed as
well as the cover with Neveplast material of the Ski-lift
area. The installation will continue within the end of
November: the slope will be brought to the top part of
the forest with a final length of metres 300. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Neveplast has just carried
out a land survey in Sátoraljaújhely, a small
town situated in the north west of Hungary, where Neveplast
won an international bid to realize an alpine ski slope
of 9,300 square meters. The slope, which already has a ski
lift in use, will be completely recovered with Neveplast
to allow its use in all seasons. Neveplast was chosen thanks
to its unique properties of “smoothness”, excellent
lateral grip, low maintenance costs, high safety standards,
and for extraordinary durability. Completing the facility
are two Tubby slopes which will be installed for both summer
and winter snow tubing. Below are photos of the work in
progress and a group picture taken at the end of the survey. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Early runs and right away a
great interest for TUBBY slopes which from this year enter
in the water parks market. With the first heat the summer
season has started and immediately the new facility with parallel
lanes for snow tubing has obtained great success. Without
age distinction, the facility has drawn many people who have
tried the thrill of a downhill TUBBY slope at speed. The slopes,
70 metres long with a vertical drop of 8 metres have a wave-shaped
inclination to adapt themselves to the installation context.
The personalized colors reproduce a waterfall and allow complete
integration with the water park. Also in this project Neveplast
proves to be ready to understand the needs and requirements
of the customer delivering a unique and personalized project.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Neveplast, on the occasion
of the Milan Snow Park 08/09 event, given that the success
of attendances in recent years is back again, has set up
in Piazza del Cannone in Milan a little corner of the mountain
open from December 20th 2008 to January 23rd 2009. In addition
to the 70 metres long alpine skiing and snowboarding slope,
realized with Neveplast Np30 surface, there are a school
camp, where the organization will offer lessons to all students
of the primary and secondary school and 4 Tubby slopes.
For a great and non stop entertainment both the alpine skiing
slope and the snow tubing slopes are served by a conveyor
belt. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- August 3rd 2008 - Sila, south of Italy. In Sila, on the calabrian mountains in the Appennines range, the installation of a ski slope and two Tubby slopes is been finished. The plant, which is been ordered by Scalise Sport Group Srl, that is the administrator of the ski resort and several entertainment activities in this area, has the aim of the ski practice for 365 days a year. Both the ski slope, which is been realized with the Neveplast Np30 and the Tubby slopes are been planned and realized for a summer/winter use in case the few precipitations and the high temperatures don’t allow to ski on the snow. The purpose of the plants is to allow the
ski, snowboard, tubing practice in every season. In particular
as for the ski slope, which is furnished of hire and training
school, the aim is to promote and to spread the alpine disciplines
and to increase their practice, especially among the youngest.
Also in this case Neveplast proves is characteristic to be a very
useful instrument for the promotion of the mountain and the winter
sports beyond the traditional communication channels. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The installation works of the ski
slope start in the locality of Sila, in the village of Crotonei
(KR). The installation, besides be provided of a 130 meters long
ski slope, will be flanked by two tubby slopes for summer/winter
snow-tubing. A conveyor belt will be installed as ski lift. Both
the ski slope, which is realized with Np30, and the Tubby slopes,
which are realized with the Tubby Evolution model, can be used
during the summer but also in the wintertime in case of few snow
precipitations. Great success for the new Neveplast
structure at KING OF DIGA.
The athletes enjoyed themselves and appreciated the design of the
