Neveplast brings skiing to the city!

A few days ago the first artificial ski slope was opened in Vienna, Austria. The Neveplast facility of “Schneeerlebniswelt” is located in the western part of the capital and has become the meeting point for all winter sport lovers. The first few days after opening has shown the success of the new slope where novices including children and adults leaned to ski and expert skiers were able to take advantage of their free time during lunch to feel as if they were up in the moutons. The Neveplast slope is served by a convenient conveyor belts supplied by Sunkid. After the first 10 days the enthusiasm of the skiers and ski instructors from the local ski school “Skischule Wien” was great. They appreciated the artificial surface that simulates real snow for perfecting their technique.

Once again the Neveplast facilities have proven to be excellent playgrounds creating new areas in the city. Even though the winter in Vienna has been mild and without snow, it is still possible to ski there.
